About Us
Created in 2007, COLADAS Restaurant’s concept is based on
serving authentic Puerto Rican food using original recipes,
tastes, and condiments of local traditional kitchens.
Located on the first level of the Verdanza Hotel in Isla
Verde, its traditional menu includes appetizers like
Alcapurriasde carne and signature plates like
the Trifongo Relleno made with green plantain, sweet
plantain and yuca, stuffed with your choice of chicken,
meat, fish, or seafood. The coladas include the
traditional piña colada and other blended mixtures of
typical flavors like tamarind, passion fruit and, mango.
